Select Your Barrel
Drinks are on us as you sample bourbons from our premium barrels with David Sweet. This is a great group activity, so feel free to bring your friends and colleagues.
Proof Your Barrel
Drop by drop, we will begin at full proof and work our way down until you find the flavor notes you’re looking for. We’ll send a sample home with you that includes the barrel details and desired final proof.
Design Your Custom Label
Share your design and messaging concepts, then we’ll send them to our graphic designer. We will provide a version of your label that you can revise until you are fully satisfied. David can work with you to write a flavor description and make sure it is cohesive with your branding and flavor.
Final Process
After you sign off on your design, we will get government approval and registration of your label. We will then conduct one last quality check to confirm the correct proof and flavor profile of your bourbon.
Lastly, we will bottle, label and box your bourbon for delivery.

David Sweet has managed whiskey events across North America, England, and Australia for over 17 years. Through June 2018, he was the Senior Vice President, North America for Whisky Magazine and was a driving force for content and new creative concepts. The mantra “Buy with your palate, not your ego” has become the underlying message in all his whiskey endeavors. David is well-positioned to utilize his decades of whiskey education, tasting events and in-depth industry knowledge to make sure that your private labeling project is a success.
