Whether you’re inviting only your nearest and dearest or your guest list has dozens of names, SoLu Estates can host your dream wedding. Our packages are tailored to events of all sizes.

Wedding Packages

Ceremony Only

Includes the use of SoLu Estate’s gazebo, arch, or private space for the ceremony.

There are opportunities to rent chairs and a sound system from us or hire outside vendors for the setup. Guests also have the option to utilize SoLu for a cocktail hour, enjoying our live music. SoLu will remain open to the public for this option.

Semi-Private

Includes the ceremony, rental of a large tent for the reception, and a private space after 7 PM.

SoLu will remain open to the public until 7 PM, and our live music will continue as scheduled, allowing guests to enjoy that atmosphere. SoLu will cover the entertainment costs until 7 PM, after which the wedding party may hire their own DJ or band for a private celebration.

While our indoor capacity only accommodates about 80 guests between two rooms, our covered tent can hold up to 200 guests in a banquet-style arrangement. The walled tent is situated in our picturesque vineyard. If you wish to extend capacity, you can rent additional tents from outside vendors, meaning there’s no limit to the number of guests in our charming outdoor countryside.

Event Set-Up & Tear-Down

Our staff cleans up all garbage and any of SoLu’s tables, chairs, or decor. All other vendor items must be cleaned up by the wedding party by 9am on the following day.

Wedding Rehearsal Options

Work with SoLu to plan a complimentary rehearsal.

Bartenders

$35 per hour, one bartender required per 75 guests.

Portable Power Source

Need electricity in one of our remote locations like the vineyard? Rent one of our generators for $75

Tractor & Wagon Transport

Quickly shuttle your guests to and from the ceremony location in our antique tractor and wagon $150 per hour.

Chair Set-Up

We have 40 white folding chairs and 70 black chairs. We will set them up at your desired layout for your ceremony for $1.80 per chair.

Microphone and Speaker Set Up $50 per mic needed

Custom Wine or Bourbon Party Favors

Create your own label for the perfect memory of your special day. Choose a SoLu wine, or work with our bourbon expert to craft your own custom blended bottle. Prices vary.

Notes Wisconsin charges a 5.5% sales tax on all sales. We add a 10% gratuity to all wedding bills and charge a 3% fee on all credit card payments. Our pricing is subject to change at any time. Your contracted rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of your tour. Why? Sometimes couples tour weeks or even months prior to booking, and we had a rate change go into effect during that time. Absolutely no carry-ins allowed due to our license. All events must be completely wrapped up by 11:00pm and live music must end by 10:30pm.
